Name: Arthuran J Pendragon (The middle J initial is of unknown origin)
Age: 20
Case Study:
Arthuran is an interesting subject; my research has concluded that from an early age Arthuran developed minor mental illnesses caused somewhat by the death of his mother, a high ranking human Captain Tabitha Pendragon. His father Kaltic Galwind a former military man himself, gave up Arthuran, leaving him in the care of the priests and paladins of Stormwind Cathedral, Galwind disappeared without a trace soon after and his whereabouts to this day are still unknown.
Arthuran lived and was raised by the church for around seven years until the age of eight. During this time Arthuran was very disruptive, his mental issues manifesting themselves in uncontrollable anger. His records indicate that he was frequently getting into fights with other children and even attacked an adult paladin of the church when reprimanded by one. The church officials were at a loss what to do with him, however the problem was taken out of their hands when Arthuran himself ran away.
The period of next ten years has been hard to determine. What I have been able to find out is that somehow Arthuran found himself under the care and tutelage of a wandering Pandaren merchant, most likely a brewmaster travelling to Ironforge. How and why this came to be is still unknown, however I have men tracking this Pandaren down. The problem being that along with the rest of his race, the Pandaren are notoriously hard to pin down to any location. What is known is that under this Pandaren’s instruction, Arthuran was able to get his overwhelming issue with rage under control. Though not without some interesting side effects. In moments of anger Arthuran is more likely to react randomly and illogically. This has varied between jokes and wisecracks, to conversing with himself and even breaking into full blown song. This is not only limited to moments of anger but is more prevalent at those times.
Conclusions:
Arthuran is potentially useful in acquiring the weapon, his mother in fact was the first documented owner of the weapon since it was first brought to our attention. At very least it seems likely that he could lead us in the right direction in obtaining the gems essential for the weapon's final creation. It is recommended that he be monitored closely in case contact is made by the Vigil.
If need be it seems unlikely that Arthuran would offer much physical resistance, however he has recently joined with a guild and they should be assessed as to their threat level.
